How does made-to-order work?
Every CozyLoot product is printed when you order it. Production usually takes 2-5 business days, then your order ships. Most customers receive their items within 5-10 business days total, depending on the product and destination.
Can I personalize an item?
Yes — products marked personalized let you add names, photos, or details before checkout. Please double-check spelling and photo quality before ordering, because personalized items are made exactly as submitted.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Send us a photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint or replace it free. That is a promise, not a policy loophole.
Can I return something I changed my mind on?
Because every item is made to order just for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or buyer errors on personalized details. If we made a mistake, we fix it — see the question above.
How do I track my order?
You will get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the print facility.
